What we collect
When you request a quote, schedule work or receive an invoice we collect contact details (name, company, phone, email, job site and billing address), plans or photos of the job, and the payment information needed to process your payment.
How we use it
To quote, schedule and perform work, issue invoices, process payments, respond to questions and meet tax, lien and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information and we do not send marketing email without consent.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details entered on the payment page go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email, accounting, material suppliers for delivery), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Our companies share customer records with each other to deliver and bill work.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Retention and access
Records are kept for the warranty period and as required for tax and lien purposes. To review or correct your information, email info@raddpayments.com.
